When you enquire about a property we collect your name, email address, phone number and, if you provide them, your WhatsApp number, employer, income range, preferred area, budget, move-in date and intended rental duration.

When you become a tenant we additionally hold identity documents, employment evidence, proof of address and the documents required to register a tenancy.

We record which pages are viewed to understand what is useful. Those records contain no IP address, no cookie identifier and no cross-site identifier: they use a salted visitor hash that rotates daily, so a visitor cannot be followed from one day to the next.

To answer your enquiry, arrange visits, assess an application, prepare and administer a rental contract, and meet the legal obligations that attach to letting property in Luxembourg.

Marketing email is sent only where you have explicitly opted in. That consent is recorded with a timestamp and can be withdrawn at any time.

Access is restricted by role. Agents see only the leads, properties and documents assigned to them. Financial details, commissions and payout information are restricted to authorised administrators. Property owner details are never shown on public pages.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiries that do not lead to a tenancy are retained while they remain commercially relevant and are then deleted or anonymised. Tenancy records are retained for the period required by Luxembourg law after a contract ends.

You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, object to processing, or request a portable copy.
